2. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they submit proof of graduation (mark sheet or certificate) by the specified deadline (typically September 2025).

•  No Minimum Marks Required:

One of the biggest changes in recent years is that there’s no minimum percentage or CGPA requirement for JAM 2025.

 This means even if you had 45% or 50% in your undergraduate exams, you can still apply — as long as you passed.

This change ensures wider access for students from all backgrounds and institutions.

•  No Age Limit:

There is no upper age limit to appear for IIT JAM 2025. Candidates of any age can register and attempt the exam as many times as they wish.

Subject-Specific Eligibility

Who Else Can Apply?
