If a student fails to concentrate on the course, shows indiscipline, remains irregular in classes, or does not respond appropriately, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the branch manager shall be final and binding, and no queries will be entertained from students or parents. In these situations, there will be no reimbursement. In addition, if any student causes disruption or harm to the institute, he/she shall be liable to pay a penalty.

All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, postponement, or reduction of course duration. If a student discontinues the course after payment without prior intimation, no refund shall be provided.

In case of any dispute, the decision of the proprietor shall be final and binding on all students. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bengaluru courts.

Any change in address or contact number must be reported to the office without delay. The institute shall not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Pratishtha Edu reserves the right to modify class timings, venue, schedule, and days of classes at any time. Faculty may also be changed, and replacement will be provided within a minimum period of fifteen days.

If the balance fee is not paid within the stipulated time, the student may be expelled from the institute. In such cases, all paid fees shall remain non-refundable.

The institute shall not be responsible for the academic performance or results of any student. Completed topics will not be repeated. Extra classes, if required, will be chargeable separately.

Students must produce a valid fee receipt for collecting study materials and for biometric attendance purposes.

Coaching services will be provided only to registered students of the institute.

The institute may offer different fee schemes for students with financial difficulties; hence, fees may vary from student to student. The institute reserves the right to cancel admission in case of disputes related to the fee structure.

Institute office timing is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday only. For any queries or class-related issues, students may contact the manager on 7676047382, 8660208963 between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM on working days. Requests outside office hours will not be entertained.

Students must maintain punctuality and regular attendance. Minimum attendance required is 90%.

Students are required to attend classes from the first to the last session of their enrolled course. Any missed classes will be the responsibility of the student.

All students are required to strictly follow the terms and conditions signed by them and the acknowledgement issued by Pratishtha Education.
