If a student is not concentrating on the course, creating indiscipline, irregular to the class, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the branch manager will be final and no question should be asked from student/parents. No fee will be refunded in such cases. Moreover, if he/she creates any kind of issues or gives harm to the institute, he/she is liable to pay a penalty.

Fees are nonrefundable if you cancel or postpone, shorten courses. After depositing the course fee, if a student stops coming without any intimation due to any reason and wants money back, the institute will not refund the money deposited.

In case of any dispute, the decision of the proprietor is final and binding on all students. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Bengaluru court.

Any change of address and telephone number should be notified to the office without delay. The institute is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage with the student during the course duration.

Only Pratishtha Education reserves the right to change time, venue, and days of the classes. Changing of faculty at any time and the replacement will be made in a minimum of fifteen days.

If the balance fee is not paid on time, then he/she will be expelled from the institute. Paid fees are not refundable.

The institute is not responsible for the poor result of the student. Moreover, the classes or topics would not be repeated if they are already completed. Students must pay extra fees to get extra classes.

Students must produce a fee receipt for study material and biometric attendance.

The institute will provide course coaching to the registered student only.

The institute provides various kinds of schemes to students with financial problems; therefore, fees can vary from candidate to candidate. The institute has the right to cancel student admission for those who create differences in fees.

Institute office time is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only Monday to Friday only. For any inquiry/issue/class schedule, students can visit/call the manager on 7676047382, 8660208963 between 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday. Anything before or after office hour will not be attended.

Students should be punctual and regular to the class; attendance should not be less than 90%.

Students have to attend the very first class to the last class of their registered course, failing which they are liable to gain or loss of the missed classes.

Students will compulsorily follow terms and conditions signed by them and acknowledgement issued by Pratishtha education.
